Wine Dinners

Our monthly wine dinners are what we do best! It’s when our team is truly able to showcase our talent and expertise—from event planning to creating culinary masterpieces and pairing amazing wine.

Each dinner has a different theme, and these themes range from well-known tv shows (Mad Men) to historical cultures and world regions (Vikings and Scandinavian cuisine). We have a lot of fun with them, making sure each theme is rich with historical significance and flavor! These are six-course dinners, usually consisting of the amuse bouche, appetizer, soup, salad, main course, and dessert. A wine is paired with each course (the amuse bouche and appetizer courses share the same wine).

Our wine dinners are truly one-time experiences. We honestly couldn’t repeat them if we wanted to, because so much of the chefs’ art, perspective, and personal experience goes into creating each course. Our culinary team does detailed research over the course of the month, reading recipes, watching cultural documentaries, looking at photos . . . The list goes on. Then, on the day of the wine dinner, we leave all of our research at home and comprehensively craft the meal, using knowledge of flavor profiles and understanding of the culture.

And that stereotype is pretty true! Some of them have brown hair, though. Nordic people really know how...
